VBrick H.264 HD
encoder is a non PC based appliance to stream video in a wide range of quality
- from mobile to HD - over any network infrastructure and to any endpoint
type e.g. desktops, fixed screens, and mobile devices.
Capable of supporting both standard definition and high definition video
delivery, the VBrick H.264 HD encoder extends streaming video concurrently
to endpoints connected by low bandwidth with modest screen resolution, as
well as those capable of rendering 1080p30 full HD video.
Each VBrick H.264
HD encoder supports Multiple Bit Rate (MBR) encoding enabling organizations
to stream HD content to HD enabled devices, while streaming the same
content in standard definition for remotely connected users and mobile
devices.
VBrick H.264 HD encoder is supported by a number of players including Adobe
Flash, Apple QuickTime, Microsoft Windows Media Player (with VBrick
plug-in), and embedded players for multiple browsers and operating systems
While streaming live, recording locally to an optional on-board 500GB hard
drive is possible. Recorded files can be sent to a VBrick H.264 Video
On-Demand Server or VBrick H.264 reflector or Distributed Media Engine.
No matter how simple or complicated your IP network is, VBrick can deliver
streaming video to your users. VBrick H.264 HD encoders provide an
extremely flexible solution for delivering live video streams to many types
of IP network configurations. Each VBrick H.264 HD encoder can deliver
streaming video via multicast directly to the IP network, serve live
unicast streams via RTSP for up to 200 clients, or push a unicast stream to
25 destinations.
